This surfaced at the last basho and I forgot about it in today's post. In selecting your rikishi for the hoshitori's tiebreaker, the winner of the Outstanding Performance Prize, or any of the sansho, cannot be Ozeki or Yokozuna. It's only for Sekiwake and below. Sorry to have caused any confusion.
