banzuke prediction

Robert:

I applied my own formula and came up with the following banzuke. I pretty
much know that this formula is my own and different from Banzuke Shingikai
of Sumo Kyokai. That means that my prediction will be different from actual
banzuke for Haru-basho.

It turned out very reasonable, I think, considering the situation with big
losing record for upper maegashira rikishi and small winning record for
lower maegashira rikishi.

In general, I gave larger promotion to the rikishi with winning record and
I gave smaller demotion to the rikishi with losing record. 
This formula makes everyone happy.:-)

I'll reveal my formula when the new banzuke is reported.
