Koushou ?

Hi all!

This new game, "guess banzuke" sounds very interesting.
Especially, in the last basho most of upper Maegashiras are
defeated severely while many of lower Maegashiras don't have
outstanding results. Therefore, the prediction will be
very difficult. 

By the way, related to this game, I want to make sure about
the "Koshou" rule. (Not the rule of this game but the rule of
Kyokai.) 
I am quite roughly understanding that
"If the Rikishi got injured during the basho match, it is
regarded "Koshou" and skipping a basho doesn't make
a reason of demotion." 

Is the following is correct?
"This applies to the basho all of which the Rikishi skipped.
But not for the basho when he got injured.
Namely, Kotonishiki or Musoyama will be demoted according his record
counting "yasumi" as a loss, then if he skip haru-basho he
will remain the position which he demoted to."

Or will they remain the current position in haru-basho? 
It isn't likely.
