In case you are still interested in helping earthquake victims, 

members of "hello-Tokyo" will gather cash donations and give it to
hadicapped victims in the damaged area.

If you are interested in participating this effort, please send cash with a
note in an envelope to Mr. Yoshimi Tonooka at his following address in
Tokyo, ASAP.
