For what it's worth, when I was overseas last year, I saw tournaments on
satellite TV on Satellite F1, transponder (channel) 17, with Japanese and
English audio both available. The broadcast was about an hour and a half
and it was live; i.e. about 2:30 or 3:30 until 4:00 or 5:00. I believe
it was the NHK or BS feed to New York.
