True. But what about those special moments that we've missed and may never
get to see if the current rules stay in place.

I've found this discussion extremely interesting and stimulating. But are we
alone on this mailing list? Is a similar discussion going on right now amongst
the Sumo Kyokai? For all we know, thay have no problem with the system as it
is and aren't even THINKING about changing anything. And does the Japanese
sports press have anything to say about this? Who out there amongst the sumo
mailing list can shed some light on this?
