my own Aki-basho banzuke prediction

There are so many 8-7 rikishi at the bottom of Makuuchi, and it was very
difficult to fairly arrange the ranking for Aki-basho, but at least I come
up with the one to make sure kachikoshi rikishi go up and makekoshi rikishi
come down.

A = yaku-rikishi, match mostly against A & B, some C
B = next 8 rikishi, match against A, B, C, D
C = next 8 rikishi, no match against Yokozuna,
        match against wide range of rikishi from A, B, C, D, E
D = next 8 rikishi, match against B, C, D, E, no Juryo
E = rest of makuuchi, match possibly against Juryo rikishi,
        match mostly against C, D, E
