Big chanko around noon time, and smaller chanko in evening around 6 or 7
o'clock.
If a rikishi goes out for a meal, it usually in the evening.
They enjoy two meals a day. In another word, they skip a breakfast.
You can't keep any food in your stomach, when you practice sumo. So eating
before practice is waisting food, anyways.
