Akebono

Well, as many thought, Akebono will sit out the Nagoya Basho. His knees
didn't come around as quickly as he'd hoped. He tried some keiko, but
it got painful and he's back to working out in the pool.

The current Sumo World carries an article about Akebono's trainer, Jeff
Liebengood. It's the first time any rikishi has had a personal trainer.
Jeff insists that he's not a sumo coach, just someone helping out on the
side, and that he and Azumazeki-oyakata get along fine.

So far, only 2 entries in the Hoshitori. Now that the news is out, I
suppose you all can make your choices. Gambare!!
