I believe the conclusion we came to was that he would not be demoted following
the Natsu basho because his injury happened during a tournament bout.
However, were he to sit out the Nagoya basho (or get make-koshi), he would
be demoted, which would mean he would have to be a kadoban Ozeki for that
tournament.
