Thank you for posting the result.
This tornament setting is the only occasion you could see the matches
between rikishi from the same heya. Waka/Taka match along with many other
matches are not possible at any of hombasho except Yusho playoff.
Last year at San Jose Sumo Basho, they used the same format with the
championship match between winners of each day.
It is nice to know that Wakanohana is well enough to compete at the
tornament. With Akebono's quick recovery, Nagoya-basho could be an
interesting basho need to watch closely.
