Oh-zumo Kachinuki Yusho-sen

According to the information I have, there will be a sumo tornament in June
in Tokyo. It's called Oh-zumo Kachinuki Yusho-sen. Sounded like the way it
works is that the winning rikishi stays on dohyo and as long as keep
winning, he will remain there, and the rikishi with longest winning streak
will win Yusho.

Are you familiar with this sumo tornament?
If you get a record of this tornament, could you post it for all of us?

Also, how did Argentinian rikishi (Hoshi-Tango and Hishi-Andes) in Juryo
and the half Japanese and half Black makushita rikishi fared in
Natsu-basho?
