There is an NHK pay-cable sattelite service called "TV-Japan" which shows
the entire daily NHK sumo broadcast. It is shown after about a 6 hour
delay. It is on in New York City (via Time Warner cable TV) at about
8:20 AM Eastern Time. I believe it is avalilable to cable TV systems all
over the US, but I imagine only those cities with sizable Japanese populations
carry it. The cost of TV-Japan from Time Warner is $14.95 /month.
