Who is US Pro Wrestler named "Yokozuna"


After spending about 2 years in Japan, I came back to the US and found
what I thought was a picture of Akebono in the newspaper. It turned out
to be a Professional Wrestler whose name was "Yokozuna". He looks just 
Akebono. Could this be Akebono's brother Randy Rowan? He was the one that
Azumazeki Oyakata originally recruited, but didn't last too long. Could
HE have ended up in ProWres?
