Some Questions
I have some questions:
 
1. What do the numbers besides each rikishi in the torikumi mean?
 
2. In the "official" banzuke, instead of listing "hawaii" (in katakana) for
Akebona and the like, they list something that looks like something-koku.  What
is this word?
 
3. I made a personal banzuke with furigana and the whole bit.  However, I can't
seem to locate the 2nd kanji in Aogiyama's name.  Can somebody help me out?
