FAQ

Well, now that we have a better mailing list, what we need is a
FAQ (actually, a few of files here).  As usual, I don't have the 
time to do it, but I thought I would make some suggestions for the 
lucky soul WITH the time.

The FAQ should have things like techniques, history, etc.

Another file (Banzuke) should contain the latest Banzuke (as posted
by David Riley ;-).  This would be useful because sometimes
half-ways between basho I get curious, etc.  In the time following
a basho but before the next banzuke is released, it would be nice
to have David's last-day summary in this file as well so people can
predict (or at least come up with their own version) the next
banzuke.

So, who has the time?
