My list doesn't have either of the above (^_^).  It *does* have:

  Press head on opponent's chest or shoulder (making it a fulcrum),
  take firm grip of opponent's elbow and twistingly pull forward while
  drawing back.

Could this be what you're thinking of?

I got my list from Hiraga Yuzuru (hiraga@ulis.ac.jp), who translated the
info from:

	Gendai Supootu Hyakka Jiten ($@8=Be%9%]!<%DI42J;vE5(J)
	  (Encyclopedia of SPORTS); Taishuu-kan Shoten 1970.

Which is somewhat old, so may be outdated.
