Konishiki's real name is Salevaa Atisanoe (Sah-leh-vah-ah Ah-tee-sah-no-eh).
Jesse Kuhalua (Koo-ha-loo-ah), or Azumazeki, is the stable master of Akebono.
Just for the record, Musashimaru's american name is Fiamalu Penitani
(Fee-ah-mah-loo Pen-ih-tah-nee). For the pronunciation, all 'h's at the
end of syllables are silent. I just put them there so you can tell
what each syllable is supposed to sound like.

For polynesian names in general (possibly in all cases) the vowels are
pronounced as follows:

a - ah (as in la, fa, ma)
e - eh (as in pay, way, day)
i - ih (as in see, bee, mi)
o - oh (as in no, go, tow)
u - ooh (as in zoo, who, boo)

Every vowel is always pronounced. On Oahu, we have one town called Kaaawa
which is pronounce (Kah-ah-ah-vah). So once you get the vowel pronunciations
down, should be able to pronounce any polynesian name or word you come
across. You're not supposed to slur vowels together but most people do.
Atisanoe is commonly pronounce (Ah-tee-sah-noy).
