Takanohana 8-1 Tokitsunada 3-6 Uwate Nage
Akebono 9-0 Kotonishiki 7-2 Oshi Taoshi
Konishiki is leaning forward again. Shame on you, Brah. Just let those
skinny guys body slam you and then walk them out nicely. It's either that
or lose some more weight to improve your speed.
Takanohana has got to be the best tactical rikishi I have ever seen. I
know his brother gets the credit for tactics but Taka is hot. Today when
Tokitsunada started to lean into Taka, Taka just pulled him forward and
stepped to his left. Needless to say Tokit, baby had mud in his face.
Akebono continues without struggle today. Who will mess up first? The
smart moneys on Akebono. He has been getting tougher rikishi to handle.
When he fights Taka or Waka he'll be ready. Taka and Waka have been
getting soft rikishi. I don't think that they will be so geared up for
him.
Your Sumo reporter Tony stepped into the Dohyo (Sumo ring) today and
went 14-1. He was promoted to Ozeki and even won a tournament. It took
a total of 3 hours on the Super Nintendo playing a Japanese Sumo game
by Capcot.
Gotta go now! Must go eat some donuts and bulk up for my next Basho.
If you would like to join the Sumo results mailing list E-Mail:

of swell people and inside news. Till tommorrow.
