The name of this event seems somewhat misleading. If we are to take "Grand
Sumo" as an English equivalent of Ozumo, then this would seem to confuse the
general public (perhaps that is the desired effect). Yes, this does have
ozumo guests, but the sumo competition is in fact amateur sumo (even though
there is money at stake).

Just the two cents of someone who supports amateur sumo,
