RE: [sumo] Asashouryuu AWOL

Well, when you compare the number of rikishi to the number that very
occasionally get to go home, and, probably only once a year, if they are
lucky, that could be considered pretty rare.

As for intentionally putting oneself in the way of bodily harm, I guess we
all have to deal with, but not necessarily dwell on the risk of air travel,
but, then again, there are road traffic accidents, and what about the trains
lately?

I'm sorry I missed your article in which you mentioned Takasago's seeming
indifference (my word), but I'm happy for the "verification". I thought I
was committing a no-no by saying this, although anyone who reads these posts
can probably gather some idea of his attitude towards the yokozuna, but it
does extend to others in the heya, doesn't it?

Interesting that you could not get the tickets through Lawson's for those 2
days. It can't be that they are sold out, is it? You must let us know if
that's the case when you get to Nagoya.

Cheers,

Barbara
