Yokozuna Asashouryuu has taken an overseas trip without formally asking anyone for "permission", which is a no-no. He is supposed to ask either his Shisho or the Kyokai for permission for an overseas trip, just like any other active rikishi. But he didn't. My sources have him in Hawaii, returning this weekend.
