[sumo] Age limit?

Hi list.
What is the current age limit for entering sumo? I know they lowered it 
a few years ago, but can't remember the exact number. The reason I'm 
asking is because I got a mail from a Swedish guy who wants to be a 
rikishi, but is already 22 (195 cm, 105 kg). Any good advice for a 
European who wants to enter a heya? Which would be the best approach? I 
think everyone in this country (or at least 2 or 3 people) has been 
waiting for a Swedish Asashoryu, so I would like to help him if I can!
