Sorry, this basho has been neither strange nor interesting.  Sumo has been 
dying a slow death over the past years, but more recently it appears to be 
drawing its last breaths.

And the only thing the forums have is just more of the old-lady type 
gossip, which I can certainly do without.  That's all sumo has become for 
most of the old fans, it seems.  With so little of interest happening on 
the dohyo I suppose that can be expected.
