[sumo] Takanohana Oyakata warned by NSK

The NSK issued a severe warning to Takanohana to refrain from shooting 
off his mouth to the media. The NSK is totally pissed off at him for 
stuff he said during the strife with his brother before the basho. "I 
didn't go all out against my brother in our playoff match", etc. really 
angered them. In general, they are not happy with the Oyakata. 
Experience-wise, he is a considered a "Jonokuchi Oyakata", meaning he's 
totally wet behind the years. His deshi numbers are shrinking and he has 
no sekitori. He doesn't even live in his heya. On top of that, his 
conduct is making negative waves for the already shaky Sumo fan 
attendance. Some NSK members were heard to say that he should be 
expelled if he continues this.
"This warning is a serious one that should not be taken lightly", said 
Kitanoumi Rijicho.
"I'm sorry for the trouble I have caused. I just want to gambarize and 
raise some deshi", said Takanohana.
