Sorry you have been having this kind of trouble.  As a good friend 
would say, "Don't get me to lying", but I think all the internet stuff 
is done by a company contracted to the Nihon Sumo Kyokai.  I wonder how 
much the NSK is aware of the problems.  Who reads the e-mails, NSK or 
those doing the internet work?

I often see the "computer guys" at the bashos so next time I do, I will 
speak to them and see if any answers can be had.
