If they were really interested in the foreign sumo fan, they would have 
fixed the enormous problems on their internet broadcast during the 
Osaka basho.  Sound was grossly out of sync with the picture, making it 
impossible to watch.  Complaints to email addresses of the Nihon Sumo 
Kyokai didn't even get a "go fish" response, much less a resolution of 
the problem.  Numerous requests to include the english narration from 
NHK have been ignored, as well.

The camera work on this feed is appalling, as is the use of Windoze 
Media instead of a higher quality solution like Quicktime or Real 
Media.

I don't see that they care at all about "potential sumo fans", given 
the depth of these problems.
