[sumo] [spoiler] Haru Jungyo commences

The Haru Basho Jungyo commenced today at Ise Shrine. 4400 spectators saw 
Asashouryuu perform his dohyo-iri. Asashouryuu had hay fever again and 
lost in round 1 to Wakanosato by yorikiri, then left the building. The 
shrine is surrounded by a forest, and the pollen in the air was getting 
to him. In the morning, he was already suffering from the effects. "My 
nose feels funny and my throat aches..", explained Asa. He was resting 
just outside of the shrine the whole day. With the Expo Basho on the 
4th, and the Las Vegas trip on the 5th, the busy schedule and his health 
are worrying. "Sorry guys, I can hardly speak today. See you 
tomorrow..", he said to the reporters and disappeared.
The tournament was won by Hakuhou. He beat Iwakiyama by yorikiri in the 
finals.After his disappointing basho, he took some time off to relax, 
playing golf in Nara. "In Haru, I was getting hot and getting cold and 
had difficulty controlling my physical condition. I will be doing my 
best!", he said.
KaioU did not participate in the torikumi. He will also be kyujo from 
the Aichi World Fair Basho tomorrow. He will do the dohyo-iri, but no 
bouts, due to his left shoulder injury.
