Well, it's not HIS fault. The Kyokai decided this. trip to Las Vegas.  If
the Kyokai committed to the YOKOZUNA dohyo-iri  in Aichi, then, it's their
problem!

_After_  the much-trumpeted sumo appearance at the Aichi Expo, one would
hope.
 
Meanwhile, those not wanted on the jungyo have returned to Tokyo. I've
said "Okaeri nasai" to seven different rikishi already.
