Ever since Asashoryu got promoted to Juryo, I never
doubted he'd eventually get to to where he is now
however we all know Asashoryu has changed a great deal
in his mental makeup over the years. Even in the last
year or so as he has become more of what he is aiming
for - that the rooster of Futabayama.

Asashoryu Lynn saw that day rarely shows any more to
his credit - undoubtedly he is on his way to the Dai
Yokozuna.

Having said all that we all could be wrong.  Not so
long  ago, I proclaimed then newly promoted Futeno to
be a future Ozeki and beyond. He has been mired in a
"slump" ever since.  

I guess that's why I can never play any sumo games
successfully...oh speaking of which my baseball
fantasy game deadline is fast approaching. I must get
busy.
