I've subscribed to TV Japan on Comcast for a couple of years now in Seattle. It
costs $24.95 a month, plus the cost of renting a digital cable box (around
$4.95/month). If you get one of those new DVR boxes (much higher cost) it works
really well with TV Japan. It records programs around the clock, and you can
play them back at your leisure in the secondary English language track if
desired.
