[sumo] Rikishiki Deaths

All,

Alex's stats at the URL below mention a couple of Yokozuna that died while
still active.  It brought back to mind a question that I have had, but I
don't think I have ever asked here.  Has there ever been a case of a Rikishi
dying in the middle of a match (heart attack, stroke, etc.)?  Just curious.

Would also be interested in what happened to Tamanoumi and Tamanishiki to
cause their untimely demises.
