The Cirque du Soleil shows are very popular, though some are
adult only.
Best local show is Clint Holmes.  If you like to eat, the buffet
at the
Rio is one of the best in town, but the line for it is long (it
does
move fast).  Off strip one of the better japanese style
sushi/seafood
buffets is Makinos (Flamingo at Decatur).  If you like variety
the
Splash show at the Riviera isn't too bad.
