Hmm. I'd wondered on this.  In '94 (the only time I went to LV for a 3 day vacation) 
me and my parents were in the usual "newbie tourist" mode and found out the hard
way about cameras. (Well..the outfits on those Imperial Palace hostesses were 
just too good to pass up ^_^). 
Anyways, had wondered if this would affect things for the actual Jungyo....
whether full camera-ing would be able to be done then for the tourney,etc. 

Anyways...I'm sure hoping to be there to see it....
