This topic came up not too long ago and I threw something out there just to 
get something going  but nobody jumped on it so I'll toss it out again.  If 
someone is waiting on a tape of the action it shouldn't take longer than a 
couple of weeks to get it, so I'd say three weeks should be plenty.  Just a 
thought.
