[sumo] Las Vegas Jungyo

I can't predict whether or not I will be able to get to Vegas at that time
next year but it would be fun to try and meet up with some fellow sumo fans
in person. I feel as though I've know some of you for years from reading
your posts each day.

One thing I wonder about with this Jungyo is whether or not any of the local
sports books will carry the matches. I am not overly successful with sports
betting but I do enjoy the opportunity to place a few small wagers. I enjoy
it most when betting on sports that I follow closely and so the opportunity
to pit my familiarity with current competitors in sumo against the vegas
bookies is exciting.

Caesar's used to have a nice area for this and so did MGM.

Perhaps Casinoshima could recommend a good place for watching and wagering
on less popular sports like this. In any event, I am looking forward to
hearing more about this such as where the rikishi are staying and where they
will be competing as well as who is or isn't likely to make the trip. It's a
shame that there aren't any more American rikishi.
