Josh points out the overall achievments of Kaio, meaning he deserves being a Yokosuna because of them. Interesting statistics. I'm sure Kaio can be compared in favour, but the problem, as I understand it, is that you have to have these consecutive performances to get the rank. Kaio has been up and down, although from a high standard, but when should the point come for him to be promoted because of "long and well done services"?
