I'm also a recent joiner and I'll second Joe's motion in spades...it's a lot 
of fun and the variety of ways to participate is endless.  But be warned:  
if your spouse already thinks she/he's a sumo widow/er, be prepared for some 
tricky time management.  Of course if you don't have a spouse, it's just all 
about the sleep thing.
