[sumo] Trivia question

Hi Sumoans,

 watching the olympic marathon yesterday, that crazy guy knocking over the leader reminded me of a
question I wanted to pose earlier, when the "women on the dohyo"-topic came up: did any accident
like that ever happen (like ? gaijins or maybe even a WOMAN (what threat :-)) climb up the dohyo)?
