Not precluding other basho venues, but both personally ;-) and collectively
can vouch that the Osaka basho definitely has a fair amount of fortified
exuberance.
Add to that the smaller venue size (compared to the Kokugikan at least) and
the native Osakan outgoing personality, and from a crowd liveliness aspect
Osaka is definitely my favourite basho venue.
