[sumo] Sandanme Rikishi Dies

Sandanme East 57 Yoshimura, 17, of Tagonoura Beya died
on August 7 due to multiple organ failures.  He has
become the second active rikishi to die 
in a little over year since Banzuke-Gai Maeda passed
awasy last July.

Yoshimura made his sumo debut at the 2002 Haru Basho
and he had a four wins and three losses record at the
this year's Nagoya Basho. He 
complained of headache during a training camp in
Fukuoka last month and has been hospitalized with a
diagnosis of meningitis.

"I really regret his passing as many oyakatas believed
he had a very promising and bright future," Tagonoura
oyakata (former Makuuchi 
Kushimaumi) said.
