17 year old Yoshimura from Tagonoura -beya -(east Sandanme 57, 4-3 last basho, entered Sumo in March 2002) has died in hospital today. He was hospitalized immediately after Nagoya, after complaining of headaches and never recovered. He was diagnosed with menangitis. He is one of the "closet Foreigners" I mentioned a few days ago-Korean origin- real name Kim Ryu Te. "Many other Oyakatas noted that he had a great future . This is really regretful", said Tagonoura Oyakata (ex- Kushimaumi). The funeral will be held on the tenth.
