[sumo] Free Sumo Today Kokugikan

There is a matsuri (festival) going on at Kokugikan in Tokyo, as well as a 
mastsuri taking place in the nearby neighborhood.  If you happen to be in 
Tokyo today, you can walk right into Kokugikan to watch what appears to be 
high school sumo.
