Yesterday at jungyo, Asashouryuu was doing some "payback". After losing 
on day 13 to Wakanosato in Nagoya, he vowed to "tsuriotoshi the rascal". 
He did just that yesterday, in front of 1000 spectators. He came upon 
Wakanosato, Kotomitsuki, Dejima and Tochinonada training together. He 
motioned to Wakanosato to be his first opponent. He picked him up, 
couldn't follow through, picked him up again and "wham"-tsuriotoshi.
"He is quick, he is strong", said Wakanosato later. Asashouryuu had only 
6 bouts, as he seems to have a slight problem with his left elbow. "The 
elbow is fine. But everyone is out of shape, huh?", he pondered.

Ozeki returnee Tochiazuma has vowed to go on with determination. 
"Continuation becomes power!!", he said. (I think "Perseverance breeds 
results", is about right ..) His left shoulder injury has made him 
change his attack-he now has learned to attack with his right. His 
father (Tamanoi Oyakata) , while active, went from right to left because 
of an injury. " My Oyakata uses that saying a lot.. ("CONTINUATION 
BECOMES POWER) Even if it's hard, I have no choice but to do my best. 
I'd like to concentrate on Sumo with a great passion", he said.
