[sumo] [adopt] Ryuutei

Well, following the path of losing upward, my adoptee, no-longer
shin-deshi Ryuutei jumped from Jonokuchi 22W to Jonokuchi 19E following
his 3-4 outing last basho.  Thus, he has never fallen down the banzuke!

Also, as an aside, how often are there 15 year olds in sumo?  Looking at
Moti's foreigner page, I saw that Yamada of South Korea is 15 years
old.  I suppose it can't be uncommon looking at Kagamiou (16 with 5
basho under the mawashi), but it still surprised me.
