How is it that Wakakosho, who finished with a losing record at the very
bottom of Juryo was NOT demoted to Makushita?
Then there is Daishodai, who only won 6 bouts at Juryo 13, and was NOT
demoted to Makushita?
Is there such a thing has banzuke yaocho?
