Asashouryuu won day 2 of the Beijing tournament today. 11000 spectators today. He won today's tourney, then beat Taikai in the bout between the winners of the two days by Okuridashi. More details will emerge in the coming hours, no doubt.

At 6 am, Takamisakari, Kokkai, Juumonji, Hakuhou and Hokutouriki went to a nearby park and did Tai-Chi with an instructor. They were very serious in their attitude, says the reporter. -- Kintamayama Mochiron
