Apparently Tamanoi oyakata pretty well admits that
Tochiazuma is simply in no condition to compete at the
Natsu so it's more than likely he will be out.

We won't find out for sure until the "large-scale"
holiday in Japan is over and a day or so before the
Torikumi Committee meet but it will be announced
shortly. 

As for "Sunao", in the context I will express it as "sincere".
