Itachiyama's rank was wrong due to an error of me in the wake of his 
shikona change last basho. He really has been Sekiwake East and with 
a 13-2 and 39-6 over the last three basho he has more than earned the
promotion to Ozeki. So there is a promotion to celebrate this basho.
