	Ha!  As one who's had the "pleasure" of living in the DC Metro area I
have to say that this is a little erroneous.  At no time will Washington
DC ever run out of hot air.  There is not force on heaven or earth that
can stop a politician from spewing lies, damn lies & statistics.
